Bioclimatic Materials are environmentally friendly using recycled glass as their core component. During manufacturing the glass is processed to form of expanded glass granules.
Expanded glass granules have been produced using a patented process since 1996. Recycled glass is ground to a fine granulate with a grain size of 100um to 32mm.
Due to aexpanded glass granules. The materials have no thermal expansion or shrinkage, are UV resistant, cannot be affected biologically, resistant to acids, lye and organic solvents, are non-toxic and free of dangerous substances.
To reduce heat load – Retaining and producing in infrastructure and building
To reduce moisture – Adsorbing and retaining in infrastructure and building
To reduce energy – Consumption needed by cooling appliances to cool up the accommodation
Internal wall & ceiling
Similarly to the method used in conventional cement plaster and skim coating. However, we highly recommend the use of customised clip system with depth profile for control of thickness, and to apply using levelling method to achieve a flat surface finishing with minimum waviness.
External wall
Similarly to the methodology of application in conventional cement plaster and skim coating. However, we highly recommend the use of customised clip system with depth profile for control of thickness, and to apply using levelling method to achieve a flat surface finishing with minimum waviness.
Floor
Similarly to the methodology of application in conventional cement screed. However, we highly recommend the use of customised clip system with depth profile for control of thickness, and to apply using levelling method to achieve a flat surface finishing with minimum waviness.
Weather exposed floor
Similarly to the methodology of application in conventional cement screed. However, we highly recommend the use of customised clip system with depth profile for control of thickness, and to apply using levelling method to achieve a flat surface finishing with minimum waviness.
